SSS UMID Application

I really don't want to get this kind of ID because no one is requiring me to.  The reason I decided to get one is for me to have an ID with the current address on it.  Since, I want it done in one go, I checked the requirements online and these are below.

1.  E1 Form
2.  2 valid id's (photocopy and original)

And I was shocked since neither was asked from me.  I have a feeling that they are just rushing things so that they would empty people inside their office and waiting.  With that, let me show you my steps in getting for the first time an SSS UMID.

1.  Get an application form from the desk and get a number to be called for the generalist.
     I initially printed the application form from their website but it was rejected since I have two (2) copies, one copy is the front page of the application form while the second copy are the details at the back of their form.  I just fill up again the form given by them instead.

2.  I felt like I was in an elementary public school due to how they call out numbers.  I didn't feel like I was in a government office.  See picture below.

3.  Person from the generalist will do some kind of verification and they will stamp something on your application form and they will ask you to go to window 8.  In able to line up for window 8, make sure to get another number from the front desk/guard.

4.  In window 8, you will be doing the following
     a.  Picture will be taken, if you have earrings, you need to take it off.
     b.  Signature signing
     c.  Thumbs and Index printing scanning

5.  You are all Done!

6.  Wait for 2-3 months for the ID to be delivered.  By this, make sure that someone will be attending the address given.  Also, if you are not around, you need to make an authorization letter with a photocopy of your ID.

Driver's License Renewal Process

Since I only went with my boyfriend to renew his driver's license at Ayala MRT Station, I have nothing else to do except to play on my phone, browse facebook, and instagram.  After a while of waiting, I decided to jot down every step he had gone and thought of sharing this with all of you.

It all started when he asked me to take a picture of the requirement needed (eg. Nbi clearance) for the renewal of the license.  All I see are these photos posted just outside their office.

 

Here was our actual step upon renewing his license.

1.Show Old Driver's License at Window.  Application Form will be given and fill it out

          note:  Bring a pen with you

3.Go to the next door where it says “Medical”

At the medical window, give the filled application form with the payment of PHP200 for the medical test fee

4.Wait for your name to be called for the medical test (eye test only) – approx. 45mins in our case

5.The doctor will give back the filled application form and give this to Window 1 and wait (appr. 1 hr)

6.Window 2, will then call you for the picture and signature.

7.Note:  they use a webcam, if you are vain in looking good, I suggest that you put a lot of make up haha

8.Window 4, will call you for the payment of the renewal of driver's license which was PHP417.63

9.Done!  However, you will be given a paper license instead, and you have to go back after 3month to get the id itself.

Note:  Since the license is only a paper, you might be force to buy their mini plastic holder (PHP20)

Being someone's Girlfriend is quite a responsible to deal with.  Since I have been with my boyfriend for seven years, I can say that we are working out well.  And he does compliment me a lot when we are with friends, and I can say that I am lucky, with this, let me tell you five secrets of mine.

1.  Be a Queen

Yes, you are just a queen, and that means that your boyfriend is the king.  This means you have to let him have the final decision.  As a girlfriend, it's your responsibility to give him options.  Remember, argument can come at any time, but just think that this isn't a fight, it is just a matter of telling him your opinion.

2.  Be his number  1 fan

Support him in every decision he has.  If you disagree with him, just tell him your thoughts, make sure that you tell him it in a nice way (e.g. sweet voice etc.).  Being a number one fan also means, that you laugh at his jokes.  It would be a better if you follow up on his jokes too.

3.  Be like everyone

Be his mom, sister, friend, and mistress.  You have to take care of his things, prepare his food, joke around him, and don't forget why he like you in the first place, being beautiful.  Why mistress?  You have to be a little playful, sneak in some cute actions like be passionate in public or with his family.

4.  Sports

If you both like the same sports, it will be great.  You two can watch the game together, surprise him with tickets and stuff.  If you have no idea what the sport he likes, ask him how it works and stuff.  I bet he would love explaining it to you.

5.  Time

Give him his own space.  Let him go out with friends once in a while, at the same time, you can go out with friends too!  Making him bond with friends just renew his kid at heart.

Now, I wonder how they can be an awesome boyfriend…

Price comparison in Glorietta

Traveling for 10hrs or more is no joke specially if you are like touring.  Today, our gadgets need to be fully charged and since I only have an iPhone, we all know that the battery life can't last that long so I decided to buy a powerbank which I think will not only benefit my phone but for my go pro camera as well.

Things I miss in Samsung Note 2

Recently transferred back to being an Iphone user.  I do feel great alright but there are somethings that I missed in Samsung Note 2 and these are the following.

1.  The pen.  Pulling out the pen makes it easier for me to jot down notes specially when I am comparing prices when I am in the mall.  Another thing is when I am getting another person's number.  I don't need to ask him/her to wait for me to open either my contacts or dial page.

2. Automatic convert.  I can copy any movie files to Note 2.  It will automatically convert the file so that you can watch it on my phone.

3.  Mp3 ringtones.  No restrictions if you wish to set your mp3s to ringtones.

How to enable "Transfer to anyone" in BPI Mobile Banking

How to "Transfer to Anyone" in BPI Mobile Banking.

1.  Log in to your BPI Mobile App > Transfer (on bottom) > Transfer to Anyone

     note:  It will ask you if you wish to enable Transfer to Anyone then it will tell you that you have to get your code in an ATM machine (ATM machine will not give you the code yet).  Before doing so, read your email because they will tell you how to navigate in the ATM machine (which is below)

1. Insert ATM Card of enrolled account. Enter PIN.
2. Select: Special Services -> Activate Enrollments -> Express Online

2.  ATM machine will tell you that EOL transfer to anyone has been enabled.

3.  Activation Code will then be emailed to you

4.  Repeat Step 1 in able to input activation code in BPI Mobile App.

Another brow sure given by the Dermatologist I met in Patient's First.  The reason she gave me this is because for introduction of their services.  And I am interested in under arm hair removal.  She does have an idea how those promos found in metrodeal works.  She said that you have to go through alot of session in able to totally remove underarm hair.  She then suggested their service and it cost PHP4500/session.  I actually believe her because the sister of my boyfriend said that it is really expensive and she can assure me that we can see the difference in one session.

Today is the 7th anniversary of me and my pretty boyfriend.  We went to SM Makati to buy for a new cabinet.  Our bill was PHP2999.75.  The cashier said that if we purchase PHP3000 we get to have 10% discount.  We then decided to buy a bed sheet for PHP275.  At the end, we only paid for PHP2500+

Korean Visa Application was a little harder than I thought due to requirements because the categories for my boyfriend's parents were not there.  By the way my boyfriend's parents are senior citizens and no longer has income.

3.  Pass your papers when number is shown on the top of perspective window and wait for the stub that will be given to you on which date of release is indicated.

That was what the doctor said when I showed my three eyed pimple on my chin.  What the hell are you talking about? As what i was saying to myself.  I am so happy that she saw my little bumps on my chin.  Other doctors that I showed this said that these are only acne scars and can be taken care of by continuous facial or by the solution they were selling. Another doctor also said that I can't do anything since this is in my blood line.  I don't want to see that doctor any longer!

I became desperate and decided not to care at all and thought of putting make up on it.

360 Fitness Club in BGC

I am actually excited to attend the free trial in 360 Fitness Club newly open in BGC.  All I did was call below number and had my schedule.  Since I talked with Coach Marvin, he said that I can bring along 2 more with me.  He said if I will tag along more friends, they will be accomodated after 30 mins.  I hope they have good deals though so I could really join their services.

Video Making

The first time I intended to make a video was the time I went to Potipot with friends on my 30th birthday.  One of my friend has Hero 2 camera and he took most of our activities in videos.  After posting all the pictures in my facebook account, I had this thought that I just put into waste the videos taken.  I then asked my boyfriend to teach me to how make a video.  It was a little confusing on how to make a video at first but when you get the hand of it, you will definitely enjoy making them.

The only thing I don't like in making a video is that I really have to watch those videos.  That means, you have to put on more time than the usual.  Let me show you these videos I made.
